EST1 Racing is a professional motorsport team originally from Estonia, now headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. Renowned for our expertise with Porsche vehicles, we have a history of success in various European racing series, including the Porsche Carrera Cup, GT Cup Open Europe, and the 24H Series.
Founded over a decade ago, EST1 Racing has grown into a passionate and dynamic team united by our love for motorsport. Under the leadership of Team Principal Raimo Kulli, an experienced circuit racer and certified Porsche instructor, we have cultivated a strong spirit of ambition, teamwork, and excellence. Raimo’s vision has been instrumental in shaping the growth of our team and pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve.
Our drivers are at the heart of our success, and among them is Alex Reimann, a young talent who embodies the spirit of EST1 Racing. Starting in karting and progressing to car racing in 2020, Alex has quickly become one of the brightest stars in the motorsport world, with victories in the GT Cup Open Europe, the Porsche Carrera Cup, and the BMW 325 Cup. His passion, determination, and relentless drive inspire our entire team.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Website Specialist who is passionate about motorsports and eager to help EST1 Racing share our story across Europe. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of social media strategies, expertise in creating engaging content, managing a website, and a background in motorsport or sports teams. You must be comfortable working independently, while also able to effectively collaborate with our team to ensure quick and high-quality event coverage.
Responsibilities
- Industry Social Media Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with motorsport events, competitors, and partners.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and update the team’s social media strategy to increase our online presence and engagement.
- Team Media Coordination: Collaborate with team members and external parties to gather media materials during and after events.
- Media Asset Management: Organise and categorise team photos, videos, and other media content.
- Social Media Content Creation & Posting:
- Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok (Posts, Reels, Stories, etc.).
- Plan content in coordination with team guidelines and external specialists.
- Manage regular publishing schedules.
- Community Management: Engage with team fans and interact with the broader motorsport community.
- Digital Advertising & Promotion:
- Manage supportive ad campaigns.
- Run community engagement campaigns and events.
- Promote the team on social media.
- Website Management: Update team news, important sections of the website, and ensure the site remains current and engaging.
- Monthly Reporting: Provide reports on activities, KPIs, and future plans.
Requirements
Skills
- Proven expertise in social media content production:
- Photo and video editing (including Reels, Stories, Shorts).
- Content writing and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in captions and voiceovers.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and services:
- Capcut, InShot, Mixcaption, or similar for video editing.
- Figma, Canva, VN, or equivalent tools for design.
- Buffer or similar for content planning and scheduling.
- Website management skills:
- Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).
- Ability to update and manage website content.
Knowledge
- Advanced understanding of social media marketing:
- Social media strategy and KPI-driven approaches.
- Experience with content planning, workflow, and organisation.
- Reporting and analytics.
- Strong command of visual storytelling and content creation.
- Website management and digital marketing.
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role.
- Experience in motorsport or sport team environments.
Working conditions
- Remote/Part-Time: Work is event-driven with peaks during racing events and regular tasks during off-event periods.
- During Racing Events: Higher workload involving real-time content creation and promotional support (2-3 days per event, 1-3 events per month).
- Off-Event Periods: Ongoing content planning, updates, and community interaction.
- Flexible Schedule: Flexible, results-oriented working schedule.
