Alex Reimann Set for Pro Class Debut in Porsche Carrera Cup France This Weekend

From 4th–6th April, Alex Reimann and the EST1 Racing team will compete in Spain at the opening round of the Porsche Carrera Cup France (PCCF) season. This marks Reimann’s first full campaign in the Pro category of one of Europe’s most prestigious one-make racing series.

The opening round will be held at the 4.6-kilometre Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. The event schedule includes two races and a qualifying session that will determine the starting positions for both contests. The series features identical Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992) cars, ensuring equal machinery for all competitors and placing the emphasis squarely on driver skill and team performance.

As an official part of the Porsche Motorsport pyramid, the Porsche Carrera Cup France serves as a key development platform for drivers aiming to progress to the next level of the Porsche Supercup, Le Mans, or other international racing opportunities. The series is of a high calibre as the 2025 calendar includes iconic circuits such as Dijon, Spa, Misano, Valencia, and Paul Ricard and Barcelona. Many of the rounds are held in conjunction with major international racing events, including the European Le Mans Series (ELMS), GT World Challenge Europe, and FFSA GT4 France.

The race at Barcelona begins on Friday, 04 April with two free practice sessions. The first race and qualifying will take place on Saturday, April 05, and finally the second race will take place on Sunday, 06 April. Both races will last 30 minutes + 1 lap.
