Raimo Kulli is a distinguished Estonian motorsport figure, known both for his competitive success and his leadership within the racing community. Born in Tallinn, Estonia in 1981, Raimo launched his racing career in rallycross at the age of 16, capturing the Estonian Championship in his debut season. His transition to circuit racing in 1999 marked the beginning of an impressive path that would span over two decades and include more than 50 career victories and over 100 podiums.
Raimo’s recognition include six Estonian national titles, multiple NEZ (North European Zone) Championships, and a runner-up finish in the Porsche GT3 Cup NEZ Challenge. He has also competed in prestigious international series such as the FIA European Touring Car Cup and 24-hour endurance races in Brno and Barcelona.
Beyond the track, Raimo Kulli is a certified Porsche instructor—a distinction that highlights his expertise in high-performance driver development. His coaching credentials allow him to train both amateur and professional drivers, particularly through programs featuring the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car.
In 2021, Raimo took on a strategic leadership role as Chairman of the Estonian Autosport Union’s Circuit Racing and E-motorsport Committee, where he works to rejuvenate and modernize the local motorsport landscape.
He is also the founder and team principal of EST1 Racing, a top-tier racing team competing in the Porsche Sprint Challenge NEZ and BMW Xtreme Series. Under his guidance, EST1 Racing has become a launchpad for aspiring racing talent in the Baltics and across Northern Europe.
