The Estonian EST1 Racing team was awarded the prestigious Porsche Certificate

Last week marked a new chapter in the history of EST1 Racing team. Raimo Kulli, team instructor and professional circuit racer, received a Porsche certificate, one of the world’s top instructor qualifications. Following this accomplishment, the 2022 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge NEZ champions will attract and train more pro and amateur drivers to compete in prestigious European championships. In 2023, the team is set to participate in endurance races including the Hankook 24H by Creventic in Mugello, Spa-Francorchamps, Monza, Estoril and Barcelona.

To obtain the certificate, Raimo had to pass a 2-day training exam organised by Jens Richter, Porsche Driving Programme Coordinator in Estonia. Instructors with this special training are able to offer both individual and group driving lessons to hobby drivers and car owners around the world.

When asked about his certification, Kulli commented:

“I am honoured to receive such a prestigious certification, and I know it will enhance my ability to better train my drivers. I look forward to sharing the knowledge and experience I acquired during the course with my team, and I’m confident that this will help the EST1 Racing team succeed in the European championships and reach new heights in the racing world.”

Over the past decade, EST1 Racing team has brought its drivers to podiums in a variety of Porsche series and endurance races. For the 2023 season, it offers drivers very competitive Arrive & Drive packages in multiple Porsche 992 Cup cars for both race and testing days on different European tracks. The packages include racing insurance, a professional race data engineer, driver coaching, team wear, catering, tires, fuel, brakes and all other car parts.

Thomas Padovani, investor, entrepreneur and EST1 Racing team driver, remarked:

“Over the years, I have worked with several teams, but my time with EST1 Racing team is by far the best. I have been driving along with this team for a while now, and, thanks to their hard work, consistently place on the podium. EST1 Racing team stands out among the rest for its discipline, top-tier mechanics and unmatched data engineering as well as excellent communication with and responsibility for the driver.”

In 2022, the drivers of EST1 Racing team became champions in the Estonian and North European Zone in Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge as well as in Finnish BMW Xtreme series.
