Alex Reimann, born in 2005, is an Estonian motorsport racing driver with a foundation in karting. Initiated into the sport at age 9, he soon made notable appearances in Estonia’s karting circuits. His early years were marked by consistent participation and performance under the mentorship of Sten Pentus, then later Mikko Laine. At just 12 years old, he transitioned to more advanced racing circuits by testing Formula Renault.
Reimann further enriched his experience and skills during an educational stint in Spain, where he simultaneously intensified his karting training supervised by Lucas Guerrero and coached by Martin Rojo. During this period, he partook in numerous international competitions spanning Estonia, Finland, Spain, and other European nations, establishing a reputable footprint in the karting domain. His dedication also extended to a virtual platform where he engaged in professional simulation racing.
In the subsequent years, Reimann’s focus noticeably shifted towards car racing. In 2020, a significant milestone in his career was his association with team EST1 Racing, with Raimo Kulli as his coach and manager. The years following this association witnessed a series of remarkable achievements for Reimann. In 2023, he secured a win in the GT Cup Open Europe at Paul Ricard and achieved a commendable second-place finish in the Creventic 24H Series – 12H Monza. Furthermore, he made history the same year by becoming the first Estonian to win the BMW 325 CUP at the Porsche Ring Race.
Parallel to his racing career, Reimann has been academically inclined. After completing his secondary education in 2023 in the Estonian Business School, he enrolled in Arden University for Criminology and Law and began studying motorsport engineering at the De Montfort University in the UK. Fluent in both English and Estonian, Alex Reimann stands as a prominent figure in the contemporary Estonian motorsport landscape.
